All Hands 2025 Collateral
NSTXL’s All Hands is an annual, in-person gathering that brings the entire company together to connect, align on shared goals, and explore what’s next for both NSTXL and the future of defense innovation.
In 2025, the team convened in Charlotte, North Carolina for a week of team building under the theme Destination Innovation. The branding played a key role: blending a travel-inspired concept with NSTXL’s established brand guidelines to create a cohesive, engaging experience.
For this project, I designed a range of event collateral, including printed agendas, table stands, a “Flight Path” sticker-collecting icebreaker game, cocktail napkins, and additional supporting materials.
